139.10 PURCHASE FUEL OIL, KEROSENE, DIESEL FUEL, AND GASOLINE ON THE OPEN MARKET.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby authorized to purchase fuel oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, and gasoline on the open market as is necessary to maintain the efficient operations of the City.
