1329.17 INFORMATION TO BE OBTAINED AND MAINTAINED.
   Where base flood elevation data are utilized within areas of special flood hazard on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map, regardless of the source of such data, the following provisions apply:
   (a)   Obtain and record the actual elevation (in relation to mean sea level) of the lowest floor, including basement, of all new or substantially improved structures, and record whether or not such structures contain an enclosure below the lowest floor;
   (b)   For all new or substantially-improved flood proofed non-residential structures:
      (1)   Verify and record the actual elevation (in relation to mean sea level) to which the structure was flood proofed; and,
      (2)   Maintain the flood proofing certifications required in Section 1329.12.
   (c)   Maintain for public inspection all records pertaining to the provisions of this chapter.
