In addition to other powers granted to the Administrative Board of Appeals, the Administrative Board of Appeals may determine any requirement for the strength or stability of an existing building or structure, or for the safety or health of the occupants thereof, not specifically covered by Chapter 1339 or not readily interpretable from the provisions of said chapter.
