1329.14 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE ADMINISTRATOR.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying development permit applications in accordance with its provisions.
