The areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study for Auglaize County, Ohio, and Incorporated Areas". This study, with accompanying Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps and/or Flood Insurance Rate Maps dated September 6, 1989, and any revisions thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Flood Insurance Study is on file at 101 E. Spring Street, St. Marys, Ohio. Reference is also made to a Flood Plain Management Study of the St. Marys River completed by the Soil Conservation Service dated July, 1992.
