(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and make the inspections and tests required thereunder.
(b) The Director, or his authorized representative, shall, after proper identification, have the right to enter any premises for the purpose of inspecting any electrical system at such times as may be reasonably necessary to protect the public health and/or safety.
(c) Work shall not be covered or concealed until the Director or his representative has made inspections as provided for in this chapter. (Ord. 2004-06. Passed 4-12-04; Ord. 2008-34. Passed 9-8-08.)
