955.04 RUNNING OF ANIMALS RESTRICTED.

Animals, unless accompanied by their owners and held in control on a leash, shall not be allowed in any park. Any animal found running at-large in the limits of any park may be impounded. Owners of animals damaging or destroying City property shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed in addition to the penalties prescribed in this chapter.
