955.02 DISTRIBUTING CIRCULARS; POSTING NOTICES PROHIBITED.

No person shall distribute any circulars, cards, or any other written or printed material, or post any notice, bill, poster, sign, wire, rod or card to any tree, shrub, fence or any structure of any kind in any park or parkway. This section shall not apply to signs or printed material posted or distributed by the City.
