951.03 FEE EXEMPTIONS.

The Mayor is hereby granted the authority to exempt from payment of the monthly fee for any head of household who is financially unable to bear the expense of the refuse disposal service where such fee would create an extreme hardship. The Mayor may also exempt from service, upon application of any head of household who is on an extended vacation or who has a prolonged illness or in other similar cases.
