929.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter except Section 929.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates Section 929.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(b) Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
