925.02 PAYMENTS.

(a) The sewer service charge shall be payable monthly at the office of the Water Department and at the option of the Safety-Service Director may be made payable at the same time as water bills.

(b) The Director may make rules and regulations necessary to facilitate payments as provided for in this section.
