909.99 PENALTY.

Any person, organization, company or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each and every day during which such violation is allowed to continue may be deemed a separate offense.
