905.03 PERMIT FOR WORK REQUIRED; FEE.

No person other than the Safety-Service Director or his authorized employees or agents shall construct or repair any sidewalk, curbing or gutter without first procuring a permit from the Director to do so. The fee for each permit shall be one dollar ($1.00).
