739.05 PROHIBITED PURCHASES.

No licensee under this chapter shall purchase any article from any minor, from any person who is at the time intoxicated, from any known habitual drunkard, or from any person who is known or believed by such licensee to be a thief, associate of a thief, or a receiver of stolen property.
