723.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   (a)    No person, individual, firm, copartnership or corporation shall engage in the business of hauling garbage and trash for hire within the City without first obtaining a license from the Safety-Service Director.

   (b)    The applicant shall pay the fee set forth in Section 711.02.

   (c)    The license shall be valid for a one-year period from the date of issuance and a carbon copy of all licenses issued shall be maintained by the Director. All receipts from such application fees shall be deposited in the General Fund of the City.
