   565.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   (a)    "Motor vehicle" shall have the same definition as contained in Section 301.20 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (b)    "Person" shall have the same definition as contained in Section 301.23 of the Codified Ordinances.
