553.04 SPEED LIMIT; ROADBED INSPECTIONS.
   (a)   The maximum speed that a railroad train may travel through the City is twenty- five miles per hour.
   (b)   Any railroad company operating within the City limits must inspect the roadbed of its tracts located within the City at least once each year and inform the Safety-Service Director of the results of such inspection.
   (c)   Whoever violates subsection (a) or (b) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
