(a) No person shall stand against, lean against, or sit on any bridge railing on Spring Street, High Street, or South Street.
(b) Council finds the said railings were not designed to support these activities and the purpose for this section is the danger to public safety involved by those persons committing said act described above.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
