The regulations and prohibitions of this chapter shall not apply to:
(A) Land owned and operated by a duly created government conservation district, including the Champaign County soil and water conservation district with regard to burning materials described in subsections 5-1-1(C) and (D) of this chapter, provided that burning materials described in subsections 5-1-1(C) and (D) more than two (2) times in any one calendar year must be approved by the village board of trustees and provided further that the village clerk shall be notified prior to any burning.
(B) Land owned and operated by the village of St. Joseph for burning brush collected by the village from village residents. (Ord. 2009-8, 4-28-2009)
