5-1-4: TEAR DOWN, REMOVE BUILDINGS:

The president and trustees, at any time may direct the tearing down, removal or destruction by any proper means of any building, fence or erection when they shall deem it necessary for the purpose of checking the progress of any fire. (Ord., 6-4-1888)
