5-1-3: FIRE WITHIN BUILDING:
No person shall start, make or maintain any fire in any building, outbuilding, shed or other structure, except within a safe and secure fireplace, stove, oven, furnace, heater or other fireproof structure made for that purpose and except for candles, oil lamps or other such items commonly intended for use with a flame. All such indoor fires and flames shall be used and maintained in a safe manner and location so as not to create a risk of such fire escaping its source. (Ord., 9-25-1989)
