4-3-6: APPEALS:

Appeals from decisions by the Zoning Administrator shall be made to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and then, if requested, to the Board of Trustees. Requests for appeal shall be made to the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Board of Trustees respectively within thirty (30) days after receiving the written decision of the Zoning Administrator or Planning and Zoning Commission respectively.
