The owner, or occupant with written permission from the owner, of any lot, premises or parcel of land within the Village, who desires to construct an earth station on said lot, premises or land parcel, must first obtain a permit to do so from the Village Zoning Administrator.
The Zoning Administrator shall issue such permit, provided the applicant submits a written application upon forms provided and approved by the Zoning Administrator, along with a plot plan of the lot, and provided all the requirements of this chapter are satisfied. (Ord. 2017-3, 3-28-2017)
