(A) Zoning Permit Fees: The following zoning permit fees shall apply to applications for a zoning permit:

(B) Application Fees; Zoning: The following application fees shall apply to applications for change of zoning classification, variance, or special use permit (including such requests made as part of a petition for annexation or annexation agreement):

In addition to the aforesaid fee, petitioner shall, prior to any required public hearing, reimburse the village for the cost of publishing notice of the public hearing.
(C) Application Fees; Subdivision, Stormwater Management, And Annexation: The following application fees shall apply to applications for subdivision approval, approval of stormwater management plan and/or petitions for annexation:
