3-3-24: DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL:
   (A)   Class P-1 and P-2 package retailer's license shall permit the licensee to deliver alcohol in its original package off the licensed premises.
   (B)   Licensee shall not be allowed to deliver alcohol off the licensed premises between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 2011-8, 8-9-2011)
