3-3-23: EFFECTIVE DATE:

Due to recent approval by voters of sale of alcohol in the Village of St. Joseph, it is urgent that this chapter go into effect immediately and therefore this chapter shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and approval and shall be published in pamphlet form. (Ord. 2005-8, 5-24-2005)
