It is hereby determined that the following described portions of the Village are predominately residential in character:
All real estate that is now or is hereafter zoned R-1 or R-2 (Single-Family Residential), or R-3 or R-4 (Multiple-Family Residential District) under the zoning ordinances of the Village of St. Joseph, Illinois.
No retail liquor licenses, except Class T, shall be issued for any property located in any of the residentially zoned areas. (Ord. 2005-8, 5-24-2005)
