Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, the words and phrases used in this chapter and which are defined in the Act of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois, known as "an Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors", approved January 31, 1934, as amended, shall have the same meaning in this chapter as defined in that Act, "Liquor Control Act of 1934", Illinois Compiled Statutes, chapter 235, section 5/1-1 et seq.
