4-2A-15: SEVERABILITY:

The provisions and sections of this chapter shall be deemed separable and the invalidity of any portion of this chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder. (Ord. 2013-08, 9-24-2013; amd. Ord. 2017-3, 3-28-2017)
