Where any individual or entity is more than 15 days in arrears of owing any unpaid sums to the Village for any and all outstanding balance(s) including but not limited to payment for services, sewer fees, mowing fees, fines, court costs, application fees, license fees and I or any other obligation of any kind to the Village, the Village shall withhold providing any further services to such individual or entity. The within provision shall not supplant any notice and shut off procedures for the provision of sewer services otherwise provided for by ordinance and/ or state statute but shall extend to every other service provided by the Village including but not limited to issuance of permits and/or issuance of licenses. All such services shall resume after any and all outstanding balances have been brought current. (Ord. 2022-16, 11-8-2022)
