Any special event permit issued under this Article shall be revoked or suspended if the permit holder violates any terns of the license or any other provisions of this Article. Any violation of this Article including failure to acquire a permit, shall be subject to a fine up to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). Each day that a violation hereof exists shall be considered a sperate offense. Each special event held in violation hereof shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2022-02, 1-25-2022)
