No person shall engage in, conduct or carry on the activity of a special event without a permit issued under the provisions of this article. The permit shall not authorize any activity that is also required to have a separate license or permit as required by the Village of St. Joseph Code of Ordinances. Failure to acquire a permit is considered a violation and subject to a fine of $300.00 for each violation with each day of such activity constituting a separate violation. (Ord. 2022-02, 1-25-2022)
