2-1-1: BOARD CREATED:

There is hereby created for the village a board of local improvements, that shall consist of the following members: the president of the board of trustees of the village and all the members of the board of trustees of the village shall be and constitute the board of local improvements during their respective terms of office and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. (2005 Code)
