11-2-4: SUBDIVISION RESTRICTIONS:
Any subdivision plat approved by the Board shall contain the following language:
In the event any restriction imposed by the subdivider on the subdivision land at the time of the platting is changed by the consent of the required number of owners owning the lots of said subdivision, then such change shall be ineffective until approved by the Board of Trustees of the Village of St. Joseph if said change concerns easements, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, annexation, or other matter of concern to or involving the Village.
In the event such subdivision restrictions fail to contain the aforesaid language, then by operation of law in accordance with this section, restrictions imposed upon said subdivision shall include the above language and no subdivision restrictions may be changed or altered in any way without the consent of the Board.
