11-1-1: TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This title shall be known as the LAND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH which is adopted to implement the regulations authorized pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois and the official comprehensive plan for the Village of St. Joseph. (Ord. 2017-5, 3-28-2017, eff. 4-8-2017)
