9-1-9: SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES AND ROLLER SKATES:
No person shall ride on a skateboard, rollerblades or roller skates on the following streets and the public sidewalks and driveways adjacent thereto:
 
Lincoln Street
From Second Street to Third Street.
Main Street
From Warren Street to Sherman Street.
