8-7-2: CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A TREE TRUST COMMITTEE:

There is hereby created and established a tree trust committee for the village, which shall consist of four (4) members, who shall be appointed by the president with the approval of the village board. (Ord., 10-24-1995)
