(A) 1. Jeanes Drive, including its entrance onto Main Street, is located within the village and is a part of the overall street system of the village.
2. The entrance of Jeanes Drive onto Main Street is desirable and necessary for highway purposes and said entrance was constructed and has been opened for public use for some time prior to the date of this chapter.
3. It is desirable and necessary that there be a relinquishment of access control by the appropriate state and federal government agencies for highway purposes at the location of said Jeanes Drive onto Main Street.
4. The village has heretofore and does in the future accept all maintenance and construction costs in connection with and incidental to the entrance of said Jeanes Drive onto Main Street. (Ord., 12-1972)
(B) CHS Route 12 (Grand Avenue) from FAS Route 516 (Main Street), westerly and northerly approximately 0.50 miles to the south right of way line of FAI Route 74 will be included in the municipal street system of the village upon completion of the improvement and notification of its acceptance by the state.
