Lawn sprinkling is allowed on even numbered days of the month at all residences which are even numbered in the city or which are users of water supplied by the city and is prohibited on odd numbered days of the month. Lawn sprinkling is allowed on odd numbered days of the month at all residences which are odd numbered in the city or which are users of water supplied by the city and is prohibited on even numbered days of the month thereat, unless otherwise ordered by the City Commission.
