§ 52.01 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Supervisor of the Water Department, hereinafter called the Supervisor, shall have charge of the maintenance and operation of the water supply, treatment plant, pumping equipment and meters. The City Treasurer shall be responsible for the accounting and billing of water bills. The amount of revenue shall be accounted for in a manner satisfactory to the Commission and shall be collected by the City Treasurer. The Treasurer shall prepare and present a monthly financial statement of the receipt and expenditures of the Water Department to the City Commission. The City Treasurer shall deposit water revenues in the manner approved for other city deposits but shall keep water revenues in a separate and distinct account.
