§ 134.10 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person shall:
   (A)   Engage in a mutual fight or affray, be disruptive or belligerent in any public place or on any private property open to the public or otherwise disturb the peace through loud and vulgar conduct.
   (B)   Obstruct, hinder or oppose any member of the police department or any other peace officer in the discharge of his or her duties, to include providing materially false information or a false identity.
   (C)   Accost, annoy, molest or repeatedly disturb any person in a public place, public gathering or at any private property open to the public.
   (D)   Intentionally block traffic or otherwise disrupt the passage of any individual or vehicle using a public right-of-way, including pedestrian walkways.
   (E)   Appear in any public place or building with an open container of an alcoholic beverage in his or her possession.
