§ 51.07 CONNECTION CHARGES.
   (A)   General.
      (1)   For water connections to the system, the charge to the user so connecting shall be the actual cost of making the connection for each such connection, which charge shall include the cost of the meter, unless set forth to the contrary herein.
      (2)   For sewer connections to the system, the charge to the user so connecting shall be the actual cost of making the connection for each such connection, unless otherwise set forth herein.
   (B)   Tap-in fees. For water connections (tap-ins), for that water line on Townsend Road, perpendicular to Well No. 11, west to Lansing Street and north on Lansing Street to its intersection with Oak Street, the water connection (tap-in fee) per equivalent single user, and the sanitary sewer connection charge (tap-in fee) for the sewer main from the lift station along Townsend Road west from the lift station at or near US 27 to Lansing Street, per equivalent single user, shall both be established to equalize the burden of the cost of constructing the additions to the system between present users and new users of the additions to the system, which shall bear a reasonable relationship to the entire cost of the additions to the system; the fees shall be those which are established and set by the City Commission.
