Wastewater rates will be established by a duly passed resolution, adopted by majority vote of the City Commission. This established rate will then be incorporated into the City Fee and Rate Schedule. This rate may be adjusted by subsequent resolution, from time to time, based on economic factors that affect delivery of the commodity by the city system.
