§ 53.02 LIMITATIONS ON DISCHARGES BY NON-COMMERCIAL SEWER CUSTOMERS.
   No non-commercial sewer service customer shall discharge any industrial, commercial or other type of waste as defined and described in Chapter 54 of the St. Johns City Code into the city sewer collection system unless the customer complies with the provisions contained in Chapter 54. See § 54.38(C) and (D).
