§ 36.07 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS BY COMMERCIAL TRUCK OPERATORS OF TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDERS.
   (A)   Penalty. The penalties for violation of any lawfully effective control order committed by an operator of a commercial truck, whether said order is temporary or permanent, shall be as follows:
      (1)   First offense: $250, plus costs
      (2)   Second offense: $500, plus costs
      (3)   Third or subsequent offense: $750, plus costs
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      COMMERCIAL TRUCK. Any road vehicle utilizing three or more axles.
