(A) A schedule of civil fines payable to the Bureau for admissions of responsibility by persons served with municipal ordinance violations notices is established. The fines for violations shall be as follows, unless otherwise provided in the individual sections setting forth the specific offenses.
(1) First offense: $50, plus costs.
(2) Second offense: $100, plus costs.
(3) Third offense: $250, plus costs.
(4) Fourth offense or any subsequent: $500, plus costs.
(B) A copy of the schedule, as amended from time to time, shall be posted at the Bureau.
