§ 35.22 COST RECOVERY UNDER MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT EVENT.
   (A)   If the City Fire Department responds to a mutual aid event as a "responding governmental entity" per the extant Mutual Aid Agreement, the Public Safety Director shall keep records of all costs incurred by the Fire Department associated with the response.
   (B)   If it is determined that the city responded to a Mutual Aid event pursuant to the Mutual Aid Agreement of which the Requesting Governmental Entity seeks reimbursement, the city shall provide the Requesting Governmental Entity an itemization of the city's associated costs for that event. Reimbursement for costs incurred will be determined by the Requesting Governmental Entity, based on actual reimbursement and the city's pro rata share of same.
