§ 35.09 TAX ABATEMENT.
   The city shall not grant any municipal tax abatement to any class of housing projects within its boundaries to which Public Act 346 of 1966, § 15a, as amended, being M.C.L.A. § 1415a, shall apply except as set forth in this subchapter.
