§ 35.07 NONASSIGNABILITY.
   The tax exemption established by this subchapter only pertains to Suntree - Oxford Associates, Limited Dividend Housing Association, and may not be assigned to any other person, partnership or corporation. The tax exemption established by this subchapter provides an exemption only for the property described in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 323 and does not apply to any other real or personal property located in the city.
