(A) Precinct 1. That portion of the city east of Oakland Street from Townsend Road to Sturgis Street, south of Sturgis Street from Oakland to Mead Street, east of Mead Street from Sturgis Street to State Street, south of State Street from Mead to Whittemore Street, east of Whittemore Street from State Street to Gibbs Street, south of Gibbs Street from Whittemore Street to the city limits.
(B) Precinct 2. That portion of the city north of State Street from the west city limits to Whittemore Street, west of Whittemore Street from State Street to Gibbs Street, north of Gibbs Street from Whittemore Street to the city limits.
(C) Precinct 3. That portion of the city south of State Street from the west city limits to Mead Street, west of Mead Street from State Street to Sturgis Street, north of Sturgis Street from Mead Street to Oakland Street, west of Oakland Street from Sturgis Street to the city limits.
